Partner Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility and Registration

To register as a Partner, you must be a legally registered business or a sole trader with the right to provide professional painting and decorating services in your jurisdiction. All information provided during registration must be accurate and current.

2. Identity Verification

Access to the platform is contingent upon successful identity verification. Partners must submit valid government-issued photo identification. The platform reserves the right to use third-party services for verification purposes.

3. Professional Insurance Requirements

Partners are required to maintain active public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance (where applicable). Proof of insurance must be uploaded during registration and updated annually or upon policy renewal.

4. Independent Contractor Status

Partners operate as independent contractors. Nothing in these terms creates an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture between the Partner and Painter Decorator Near Me.

5. Service Excellence Standards

Partners agree to maintain high standards of workmanship. All services must be performed in a professional manner, adhering to agreed-upon specifications and industry best practices.

6. Payment Processing and Fees

The platform facilitates payment mediation between Clients and Partners. Use of the platform's payment system is mandatory for all jobs initiated through the system. Service fees as disclosed during onboarding will be deducted from payouts. Partners agree that payouts are processed only after the Client has had 5 days to inspect the work and confirm completion.

7. Handover and Completion Protocol

Partners must notify the Client of the completion of services by signing a Handover Protocol (Handover Report). This document must be signed by both the Partner and the Client. A copy of the Handover Protocol must be made available to Painter Decorator Near Me if requested. The signing of this report triggers the 5-day window for Client payment.

8. Non-Circumvention Policy

Partners are strictly prohibited from soliciting clients discovered through the platform for direct work outside of the platform. Any attempt to bypass the system for payment or future services will result in immediate termination and a potential contractual penalty.

9. Job Cancellation and Obligations

Once a job is accepted, Partners are expected to fulfill the commitment. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance to avoid penalties. Any cancellation less than 5 days before the start date may incur a cancellation fee as defined in our fee schedule.

10. Complaints and Liability

Partners are solely responsible for the quality of their work and any damage caused at the Service Location. In the event of a complaint, the Partner is obliged to arrange an alternative date for repair within 30 days of receiving the complaint. 11. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any breach of these terms, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, poor performance ratings, or lapse in insurance coverage.
